The central idea for the landscape of this mixed-use project derives from two classic Chinese legends, "Peach Blossom Spring" and "Butterfly Spring". These legends are expressed in the landscape architecture of the project. The design features several symbols of spring; colorful paving in flower patterns, flowering trees which attract butterflies and a "spring" fountain. Landscape gardens for the Residential Towers depict butterfly-shaped planting patterns and a butterfly inspired trellis. The centerpiece of the South Court is a Flower Fountain with a cluster of fiber optic light poles which move in the wind. The Central Court sits at the crossroads of the historic Shuncheng Street, an important pedestrian walkway linking into pedestrian spaces within the project.
